Ballad condemning Victoriano Huerta as a tyrant responsible for the assassination of President Francisco I. Madero and the suffering of the Mexican people. It praises Madero’s democratic ideals and moral courage, contrasting them with Huerta’s brutality and cowardice. The song also honors Venustiano Carranza, Villa, and Obregón as leaders who helped restore justice and usher in a hopeful future for the nation.
