Official telegram stressing the importance of Ciudad Juárez–El Paso as the crossing point for army supplies. Villa stresses the importance of lifting the arms embargo to import war supplies through Ciudad Juárez. The plan to sending them to Cuba and then rerouting them to Matamoros is framed as being impractical. —— Telegrama oficial que enfatiza la importancia de Ciudad Juárez–El Paso como punto de cruce para suministros militares. Villa subraya la necesidad de levantar el embargo de armas para importar pertrechos de guerra a través de Juárez. Broadside praising General Victoriano Huerta as a patriotic leader who saved Mexico from chaos and foreign intervention after overthrowing Francisco I. Madero, whom it denounces as a traitor. The writer glorifies Huerta's defiance of the United States, especially President Wilson, and frames Huerta’s interim presidency as a defense of national sovereignty and dignity. Madero's family and followers are accused of conspiring with the U.S. to destabilize Mexico, while Huerta is presented as the rightful presidential candidate who embodies national honor and unity. It contains an engraving of an eagle with a snake in its beak and a portrait of Huerta. —— Hoja volante que elogia al general Victoriano Huerta como líder patriótico que salvó a México del caos y la intervención extranjera tras derrocar a Francisco I. Madero, a quien denuncia como traidor. Copy of a letter in which Villa establishes the Commercial and Financial Agency for the Division of the North, naming Lázaro de la Garza as the financial agent. Villa gives Garza the power to hire advisors and lawyers to help him lead this agency. He asks Garza to coordinate with Colonel Fidel Ávila, current Chief of Arms, for local matters. —— Copia de una carta en la que Villa establece la Agencia Comercial y Financiera de la División del Norte, nombrando a Lázaro de la Garza como agente financiero. Villa le otorga poder para contratar asesores y abogados. Le pide coordinarse con el coronel Fidel Ávila, actual jefe de armas.
