A letter transmission from the United States ambassador to Mexico, J.R. Poinsett, to the American Secretary of State Martin Van Buren. Poinsett outlines the paranoia and scapegoating he believes is occurring domestically in Mexico, mainly direct towards him in his capacity as the representative of the United States. Poinsett also outlines the dissolution occurring domestically in Mexico. A 4-page transcription of the original transmission sent in August of 1829. —— Transmisión de una carta del embajador de los Estados Unidos en México, J.R. Poinsett, al Secretario de Estado de los Estados Unidos, Martin Van Buren. Poinsett describe la paranoia y el chivo expiatorio que cree que está ocurriendo a nivel nacional en México, principalmente directamente hacia él en su calidad de representante de los Estados Unidos.
