Nos es altamente satisfactorio comunicar á Ud. que con fecha ocho de los corrientes nos levantamos en armas en la Villa de Quimixtlán, distrito de Chalchicomula para defender la causa bendita de la Democracia, así como para atacar á las cuadrillas de bandoleros que se han levantado con perjuicio de nuestra causa.
